Proper Canna's sleep gummies are giving me longer and better sleep. They help me fall asleep sooner, but the problem I have is staying asleep. With the gummies, if I do wake up, it is only for a minute or two and then I drift back to sleep vs. being awake for a an hour or two. I wake up rested and ready to go. It works much better than melatonin or magnesium. The only opportunity for improvement is to have the gummies come in a zip pouch instead of plastic container. Less plastic, less waste.
